Mail server failure
Dear Partners, yesterday at 17:46 there was an incident with Yandex mail servers, which resulted in email orders not being delivered on time for 2 hours. Our team apologizes for this incident, and in response, we have set up 2 of our own backup mail servers in case of a repeat incident with Yandex. This disruption did not affect the delivery of orders via API, SMS, or orders in the personal account.
