You can now connect FoodSoul to any of your systems

We have added API access tokens. This means you can now connect FoodSoul directly to your accounting software, 1C, warehouse, analytics, bot, or your own custom solution. There’s no need to export and transfer data manually anymore.

Previously, you could only connect to ready-made integrations from our list. Now you can create your own.

What are FoodSoul API access tokens for?

With a token, you can work with most CRM sections. The specific permissions granted to your integration depend on the role you assign to the token.

For example, a token with the “Operator” role will have the following permissions:

✅ Allowed: modify products, categories, stop lists, warehouse stock, orders, reviews, and addresses, and work with payments.
❌ Not allowed: view accounting reports and counterparties.

This type of token is suitable, for example, for warehouse management software that updates stock and stop lists automatically. For each integration, choose a role that includes only the permissions it needs: the fewer permissions a token has, the safer it is.

There are separate requests available for participants in the partner program: connected companies, reports, and withdrawals.

How to connect?

1. In the CRM, open the “API Access Tokens” section and create a token. A token is a key your system will use to access FoodSoul. It does not require an employee’s login or password.

2. Assign a role to the token. The token will receive the permissions of this role, but no more than you have yourself.

3. If needed, set restrictions:

• access to only one chain or to all chains in the account;
• expiration: temporary or permanent;
• a list of IP addresses from which requests are allowed. Requests from other addresses will be rejected.

4. Add the token to every request from your system:
Authorization: Bearer fs_api_...
If the token is not tied to a single chain, specify the required one in the header:
Chain: chain_id

You can change the token settings at any time; the token itself will remain the same. You can also block, unblock, or delete it.

❗️ Important Security Information

• The full token is shown only once, at creation. Save it immediately. We store the token in encrypted form with no possibility of recovery, so if you lose it, it cannot be restored. You will need to create a new one and replace it in your integration.
• Create a separate token for each integration. This way, if necessary, you can disable one integration while the others continue to work.
