Major updates to the FoodSoul CRM in recent months

The CRM system is the hub of daily delivery operations. Over the past few months, it has received many updates:

New "Team" Section

Now, employee management, roles, and access rights are all gathered in one place. You can configure which actions and sections are available to a specific employee, as well as promptly change or restrict their access if necessary.

Service Fee Introduced

You can now account for additional business expenses and include them in the order total. The composition and amount of the fee can be adjusted according to the specific business’s economics.

Interface and Performance Optimization

Promo code management has been moved directly into the promotions settings, editing forms now open in pop-up windows without navigating to separate pages, and you can top up your account balance from any section of the CRM.

And this is just a small part of the changes. We have also updated the interface, simplified data editing, and added many minor improvements for daily operations.
