Today, an important update will take place in our CRM system — a new authorization system will be implemented. This change will affect all users and is aimed at enhancing security and convenience.

Couriers need to add the suffix @c.fs.me to their login

Operators — the suffix @o.fs.me

Examples:

• If you previously logged in with the username alisa, your login will now be: alisa@c.fs.me (for couriers) or alisa@o.fs.me (for operators).

• If you previously logged in with the username alisa@gmail.ru, after the update your login will become: alisa@gmail.ru@c.fs.me (for couriers) or alisa@gmail.ru@o.fs.me (for operators).

Please prepare in advance for the changes and update your credentials according to the new format.
