Indexation of tariffs in 2025

Dear clients and partners,

We would like to inform you that starting from January 1, 2025, in accordance with the tax reform in Russia, FoodSoul has become a VAT payer. 

Beginning February 1, 2025, a VAT of 5% will be added on top of the tariff costs, which will result in its inclusion in the invoice. When making a payment, please specify in the payment details that the amount is subject to 5% VAT.

Additionally, starting June 1, 2025, we plan to conduct our annual indexation of unlimited tariffs and turnover thresholds for commission reduction. The estimated inflation rate at the moment is 8%.
