Change in storage and data processing costs for unlimited plans

Dear Clients,

We would like to inform you that starting from March 1, 2024, there will be a change in the cost of data storage and processing for clients on unlimited plans. Computational resources will now cost 20 kopecks for each new order with a 0% commission, regardless of the order status.

Some of our clients generate millions of orders per year, thereby consuming vast amounts of server resources. At the same time, the cost of server equipment increases every year. Therefore, we are transitioning to a pay-as-you-go model for resources actually used: for data storage and computational resources. We do not include any additional markup; payment is made at cost. If there were no orders or the total payment for computational resources was less than 600 rubles per month, a minimum fee of 600₽/month will be charged for data storage.

This approach will be more fair and balanced than a single fixed cost for all clients, regardless of computational resource consumption. For most clients, the annual service fee will decrease. 

This change does not affect clients on percentage-based plans. For any questions, please contact our support team.
