Improvement of technical stability of services

Dear clients! We apologize once again for the system disruptions caused by the recent DDoS attacks that occurred during the following periods:

  • 29.12.2023 from 18:00 to 20:00,
  • 12.01.2024 from 18:00 to 20:30,
  • 13.01.2024 from 17:00 to 21:00.

Since then, we have undertaken significant efforts to improve the stability and security of our services. 

  1. We identified the bottlenecks exploited by attackers during the DDoS attacks, which acted as choke points under high load, and we have worked to resolve these issues. 
  2. Additionally, we have tripled the capacity of our server cluster.
  3. We have decided to archive data older than 2 years. These will still be available for download in CSV exports, but they will no longer be displayed in the CRM interface.
  4. We have implemented a request analytics system following hardware DDoS protection to respond more promptly to threats.

These efforts will help prevent system failures and improve resource performance. We hope for your understanding!
