Change in call authorization terms for customers on Unlimited plans

Dear partners, due to changes in the conditions of mobile operators and API providers, we will no longer be able to offer free call-based authorizations to clients on the Unlimited plan.

Instead, we are introducing free authorization via Telegram. Call-based authorization will still be available. Starting November 1, 2022, call-based authorization for clients on the Unlimited plan will cost 1 ruble, which is still 3-4 times cheaper than SMS.

As compensation for these measures, we will provide a free application update to all clients on Unlimited plans. The authorization fee will only be charged for the product on the Unlimited plan and only after a free authorization alternative is available. Charges will only apply to successful authorizations, not for call attempts.

For clients on the Percentage plan, everything is already included in the commission, and no additional payment is required.
