
The issue with refusals in receiving funds from foreign clients has been resolved
We would like to inform you that we have resolved the issue with payment refusals through the LiqPay payment service for international markets. Additionally, for CIS countries, we have added the option to pay in rubles for clients with Russian cards.
If your payment is returned when paying in UAH (hryvnias), you need to confirm that you are the cardholder. To do this, write to the chat on the LiqPay.ua website (http://liqpay.ua/) and attach a photo of your card and passport.
Clients from Ukraine and Russia: To ensure that payments to your account are automatically credited to your balance, you need to fill in the details in the "Counterparty" section of your Personal Account. It is also possible to conclude a post-payment agreement—to do this, fill in the details, save, download the agreement, and follow the instructions provided in the agreement. Then send it to the specified address and send a scanned copy of the dispatch receipt (with tracking code). After this, we will activate the post-payment agreement mode.
