New section in the Personal Account: Technical Support
For the convenience of our clients and partners, we have created a new section in the CRM — Technical Support! Now you can submit requests for resolving technical issues directly from your FoodSoul Personal Account.
- Log in to your Personal Account.
- Open the "Technical Support" tab.
- Select the type of issue.
- Describe the nature of the issue.
- If necessary, attach a screenshot.
- Submit the request for review.
In this section, you can also track the status of your request. The request history will also be saved. We strive to promptly assist every client! Stay with us!
