Paid SMS notifications about orders

Dear Partners, starting from March 1st, SMS notifications about orders will become paid. Although our contract specifies paid SMS notifications about orders, we have always strived to provide you with the best service and have been sending messages at our own expense for 7 years. Unfortunately, the anti-crisis measures to freeze turnover indexation to lower tariffs from 2013 to the end of 2020 have led to orders accompanied by free SMS sending during this period becoming unprofitable and resulting in a net loss for us on tariffs where the commission per order is less than or equal to 2%. Mobile operators, in turn, did not take any anti-crisis measures and did not freeze SMS distribution prices. Prices have been regularly increasing, with the cost of sending (on average) 1 SMS rising from 1 ruble to 3 rubles (in Russia) depending on the operator. In this regard, we offer several solutions:

1. To stop SMS notifications about orders, simply delete the phone number in the "Settings" → "Operators" section (do not confuse with the public phone)
2. We remind you that we have a bot for free notifications in the Telegram messenger, so you can connect all your operators
3. You can integrate with your CRM system so that orders are immediately sent to your system on the operator's terminal
4. The method of processing orders via email remains available
5. The operator can work in their personal account in our system
6. You can connect your own SMS service for sending SMS notifications about orders through the "Integrations" → "SMS Services" section.
