Integration issues with FrontPad

Dear Partners, we would like to inform you that there are currently disruptions in the integration with FrontPad due to FrontPad's limitations: a total of 30 requests per minute from one IP address to any integration services.

 

We have contacted FrontPad support and, unfortunately, they currently offer us only one solution: to disable order status synchronization.

We are trying to resolve this issue through negotiations, and in the meantime, please help us by sharing your opinion on this matter by participating in the poll in our VK group https://vk.com/foodsoul_inc.

 

At the moment, we strongly request that you track orders via email or connect a Telegram bot. We hope for your understanding!
