Website malfunctions

Dear Partners, as you may have noticed, some websites are not opening. This is because our IP address has been added to the Rospotrebnadzor list. Only one page was blocked, but due to outdated equipment used by some providers, they block the entire IP address. This has caused the issue with accessing the websites. The blockage was not our fault, but due to domains connected to the system via CDN. Therefore, we have made a decision that should prevent this incident from recurring in the future.

We have created a record for delegating your domain addresses - resolve.foodsoul.pro

If you connected the domain yourself or it is under your management, you need to delete all A records to our IP address (144.76.204.97) and add the following 2 records:

Record Type: CNAME

Record Name: @

Record Value: resolve.foodsoul.pro 

Record Type: CNAME

Record Name: www

Record Value: resolve.foodsoul.pro

If you have set Cloudflare ns servers for your domain: leah.ns.cloudflare.com, lynn.ns.cloudflare.com, then you do not need to do anything, we will handle everything for you.
